Menulogue Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Menulogue provides restaurant operators with live Dynamic Menus, QR-code access, guest ordering, menu and restaurant-management tools, table-specific QR tools, and related operational features. This Privacy Policy explains how Menulogue collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit or use https://menulogue.com/ (the “Site”) or its related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to Menulogue. This includes owner-account information such as your name, email address, username, and password; restaurant information such as restaurant name, contact information, address, menu content, item images, prices, availability, specials, branding choices, QR settings, and service-team assignments; and communications you send to us.
When restaurant guests use a Dynamic Menu, we may process the information they enter to place an order, such as name, phone number if supplied, order items, quantities, notes, table number or table QR identifier, and order status. Restaurant guests provide this information to the relevant restaurant through Menulogue’s ordering tools.
We also collect limited technical and usage information generated through normal operation of the Service. This may include QR-menu scan activity, order activity, browser/device information, IP address, pages or features used, and time and date information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
2. Google Sign-In Information
Menulogue offers Google Sign-In as an optional way for restaurant owners to create an account or sign in. When you choose Google Sign-In, Menulogue requests only the basic OpenID Connect profile information needed for authentication: your Google account’s unique identifier, email address, verified-email status, and profile name.
Menulogue uses this information solely to create, authenticate, secure, or link your Menulogue owner account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. Menulogue’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may stop using Google Sign-In at any time by using your Menulogue password account where available, or by contacting us to request account assistance. You may also manage third-party access through your Google Account security settings.
3. How We Use Information
Menulogue uses personal information to provide and maintain the Service; create and secure accounts; associate restaurant owners with private restaurant workspaces; publish Dynamic Menus; process and present guest orders to the relevant restaurant; generate QR-code experiences; provide customer support; monitor Service usage and performance; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; meet legal obligations; and improve the Service.
Restaurant menus, restaurant branding, and information that a restaurant chooses to publish are made publicly available through that restaurant’s Dynamic Menu. Restaurant owners are responsible for ensuring that their published content is accurate and that they have the right to use any menu text, images, logos, and other content they upload.
4. How Information Is Shared
Menulogue does not sell personal information. We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service or as required by law. This includes sharing a guest’s submitted order information with the restaurant to which the order relates, and sharing information with service providers that host, secure, or support the Site and Service under obligations consistent with this Policy.
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, enforce our agreements, protect the rights, safety, or property of Menulogue, restaurants, guests, or others, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues. If Menulogue is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Menulogue uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for core Service functions, including maintaining authenticated sessions, protecting account and Google Sign-In flows, remembering operational choices, and supporting secure form submissions. We may also use limited measurement or diagnostic technologies to understand Service performance and prevent abuse.
You can control certain cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service, including sign-in and secure account functions, from working correctly.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Restaurant owners may update certain restaurant and account information through their workspace. Guest-order information is retained according to the relevant restaurant’s operational needs and Menulogue’s legitimate Service, security, and legal requirements.
7. Security
Menulogue uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include secure HTTPS transmission, protected owner accounts, permission-based restaurant workspaces, and protected Google Sign-In authorization flows. No internet service or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to particular processing. Restaurant owners can update many account and restaurant details through their Menulogue workspace. Restaurant guests should normally direct order-related requests to the restaurant with which they placed the order; Menulogue will consider and respond to applicable privacy requests in accordance with law.
To make a privacy request or ask a privacy question, contact privacy@menulogue.com. Please include enough information for us to verify and address your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Children’s Privacy
Menulogue is a general-audience restaurant-management and guest-ordering service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Menulogue, contact us at privacy@menulogue.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
Menulogue may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. Where required, Menulogue will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or our practices. We will post the updated version on the Site and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data or other personal information, we will provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions, concerns, or requests about this Privacy Policy or Menulogue’s privacy practices, contact us at privacy@menulogue.com.
