Menulogue Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://menulogue.com/ and Menulogue’s related restaurant Dynamic Menu, QR, guest-ordering, restaurant-management, account, and operational tools (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “Menulogue,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to a restaurant owner, authorized service-team member, guest, visitor, or other user of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Menulogue enables restaurant operators to create and publish live Dynamic Menus, provide QR-code access, receive guest orders, manage menu content and restaurant settings, generate QR materials, manage service-team access, and use related operational features. Menulogue provides the technical platform; it does not operate restaurants, prepare food, deliver food, employ restaurant staff, or control restaurant menus, pricing, availability, fulfilment, food safety, or guest service.
Each restaurant owner is responsible for the restaurant information, menu items, prices, allergen or dietary statements, images, specials, operating hours, order acceptance, fulfilment, refunds, guest communications, and legal compliance applicable to that restaurant.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep it current when creating or using an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@menulogue.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Restaurant owners may authorize service-team members with selected operational roles. Owners are responsible for selecting appropriate access levels, removing access when it is no longer needed, and ensuring that authorized users comply with these Terms.
Menulogue may offer optional Google Sign-In. By choosing it, you authorize Menulogue to use the limited Google account information described in the Privacy Policy to authenticate or link your Menulogue account. Google Sign-In is optional; its availability may depend on Google and your account configuration.
3. Restaurant Content and Guest Orders
Restaurant owners retain responsibility for the content they submit or publish through the Service, including restaurant names, logos, menus, food images, descriptions, prices, dietary statements, order instructions, and communications (“Restaurant Content”). You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use and publish Restaurant Content through Menulogue.
You grant Menulogue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, display, and transmit Restaurant Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and make the Service available. This right ends when the relevant content is removed from the Service, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal-retention needs.
Guests acknowledge that orders submitted through Menulogue are sent to the selected restaurant. The restaurant—not Menulogue—is responsible for confirming, preparing, accepting, declining, fulfilling, cancelling, or refunding an order; handling dietary requirements and food-safety obligations; and resolving restaurant-specific questions or complaints.
4. Plans, Billing, and Payment Status
Menulogue currently displays the following subscription options for restaurant workspaces: Explore at USD $0 per month, Service at USD $25 per month, Studio at USD $49 per month, and Studio Annual at USD $490 per year. The Service currently uses a mock approval flow for plan changes while a live payment gateway is not connected. No payment card is processed by Menulogue through the current mock approval flow, and a “Mock payment approved” status is not a real processor settlement, invoice payment, or receipt.
If and when Menulogue introduces a live payment gateway, applicable payment terms, billing authorization, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and refund information will be disclosed before charges are collected. Menulogue may change plans, pricing, or features on reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful restaurant and guest-ordering purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; publish deceptive, harmful, hateful, fraudulent, or unlawful content; introduce malware or interfere with the Service; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer or bypass security controls; scrape or harvest data without authorization; or use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
Restaurant owners must not use the Service to make inaccurate food, price, availability, dietary, or promotional claims. Owners must comply with all laws that apply to their restaurant, including consumer protection, food safety, data protection, advertising, and tax obligations.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Menulogue Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that restaurant guest information submitted in connection with an order is shared with the restaurant receiving that order.
7. Intellectual Property
Menulogue and its logos, software, designs, text, workflows, and other Service materials are owned by or licensed to Menulogue and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Menulogue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Except for this limited right and your rights in Restaurant Content, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with Menulogue’s written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google Sign-In, WordPress hosting infrastructure, payment providers when enabled, or restaurant-managed websites and services. Third parties control their own services and policies. Menulogue is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Menulogue may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, restaurants, or guests; investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security issues; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue, including obligations relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Menulogue does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or suitable for every restaurant’s needs. Menulogue does not guarantee restaurant sales, guest demand, order volumes, menu accuracy, food quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, or any business result.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menulogue and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menulogue’s aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Menulogue for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
12. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, restaurant owners agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Menulogue and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their Restaurant Content, restaurant operations, guest orders, food, menus, pricing, alleged dietary or allergen claims, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
Menulogue may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service when reasonably necessary for operation, security, compliance, or improvement. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the Menulogue operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@menulogue.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
